From - Archives of Ontario, Series RG11-4-0-1 Toronto Emigrant Office Arrival
and Destination Registers (1857-1868) MS6914 - Including notes in Italics from
the Montreal Gazette, Sessional Papers of Canada and Lloyds Register,
the Solem, Swiggum & Austheim - Emigration
from Norway, abbreviated [SS&A] Montreal Gazette abbreviated [MG]
and Sessional Papers abbreviated [SP]
Every effort has been made to create an inclusive list of passenger ship
arrivals, however the lists could contain errors or have omissions. Canada
did not begin to Archive Passenger Lists until 1865 for the port of Quebec.
