LIMARI, barque, 599 tons, Fred Gregory, master, from London March 25, via Gravesend March 26. C. Jacobs and son, Town ; S. Mocatta, Port, agents.
Passengers —Dr. J. R. Macinnery, Surgeon Superintandent, in the cabin ; and the following assisted passengers in the steerage:

For J. H. Faulding and Co.— 45 cases, 13 casks I bag, and two bottle-baskets drugs
For James Scott and Sons— 5 casks white lead,4 casks tools, 8 pkgs. spades, 2 bales mats, 42 taxes glass. 10 cases gunpowder, 4 cases paper hangings, 9 cases lamps, 4 casks, 20 cases hardware.
For Geo. Phillips and Co.— 3 cases ironware, & c, 21 bdls. Buckets, 1 case wringing-machines,2 do. Glass paper, 5 do. Lamp glasses, 1 do. whipcord, &c , 1 bale carpenters baskets, 1 cask box irons, 7 coils galvanized wire and wire strand,1 cask sad-irons, 2 cases guns, 1 cask planes, 2 cases fenders, 1 case and 3 casks hardware, 1 cask sofa-springs, 1 do. Cash boxes, 1 do. Tomahawks, 26 pkgs. gunpowder, 1 case chocolate powder, 8 do. books and stationary, 1 do. Electro platedware.

MISCELLANEOUS SHIPPING. |
The Limari, from London, with general merchandise, arrived on Sunday morning, and during the day was visited by the Acting Immigration Officer, who passed her passengers, and they were then free to land.
The Limari left London on March 25, and the following day took in powder at Gravesend. On the 27th she sailed with a fine west wind, and on the 8th of April took final departure from the land. On May 4 crossed the line in 19° of west longitude with very light trades. After passing the Cape some very violent gales were experienced, with intervals of unsettled weather. On discharge of powder at the North Arm the Captain intends proceeding into harbour.
Vessels Spoken .— By the Limari, when off the Island of Trinidad, on May 16, the ship Sanker, from Canterbury, bound to London, 60 days out. |
