1825 was the last year the steamboat Malsham carried
passengers. She made 10 trips up to Montreal, but the records for the
6th trip does not survive. The only cabin passengers she carried in 1825
were 2nd cabin, or "wing," and steerage passenger fares were
slashed in half, for all but the last trip. Most of these last Malsham records
are extrememly faded, but every endeavour will be made to decipher them.
