We certify that the ship Thetis of Troon, Robert Hamilton Master, has been cleared for Bay Chaleur and that the above mentioned number of Passengers have embarked therein under the sanction of His Majesty's Government, and that the said Master is hereby noticed that if the number actually embarked exceed that herein specified, this Certificate will become null, and an extra Duty of Five Shillings a head be applicable to the whole number, instead of only those who are not included in the List.
